1 cup almond or other milk

1 small banana, frozen or fresh

1 cup any other fresh fruit (apple, pear, berries)

1 T. ground flax seed

2 cups Kale, stem removed and chopped


1 tsp. stevia or other sweetener

1 T. chia seed

¼ cup oatmeal, blended dry in blender before making smoothie.

         Blend at high speed.  Can be made in larger quantities and refrigerated or frozen.
